I love making a variety of fermented foods and beverages, especially water kefir. I often give away water kefir grains to people and they ask me about how they should make their water kefir, so I figured that rather than explain the process to lots of people many times, I’d just write it all down here and direct people to my blog! I’m all about efficiency. 4/2/15: Things have changed a bit since I first wrote this post. I now don’t do dairy, eggs, or caffeine, so my new Bulletproof Coffee routine is more like Bulletproof Hot chocolate.
Here is my standard recipe now that I use most days:
1/2 to 1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 tablespoon good quality cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Vital Choice collagen peptides powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
