The sugar detox was a great experience. I am not craving sugar, and when I tried a sorbet dessert Wednesday night, it was way too sweet for my liking. Another benefit is a slow but steady weight loss. And I feel better all over, especially my gut―which was one of the primary reasons for trying this―to see if sugar and carbs were aggravating my IBS issues. It would seem so. I hope to continue this path.
I had the pleasure to work with Rosemary a few weeks ago, and she was downright awesome! The experience was extremely professional and educational. Her analogies really help you to understand exactly what she means, and how to know when something is “common” but not “normal”. It’s so refreshing to know that for every question she’s got the answer. The initial consultation isn’t intimidating at all, unlike some places. And she’s very understanding and actually listens to what you have to say, instead of having a mindset of covering up symptoms with bandaids. Choosing the natural way to heal my body was the best decision I have ever made. I am so happy to have her along my journey for any questions or concerns I have.
Rosemary was a wonder to see. She is very personable. She gives renewed hope. She virtually holds your hand while helping you to heal, listens with her vast knowledge and her heart. Very non judgemental and relaxed. I love that she looks at the bigger picture not just the symptom. If you want to get to the root of your problems versus fixing the symptom, she is the one to see.
